It's not easy being the market leader. Nokia may still have a dominant 38% share of the mobile handset market, but industry watchers have been quick to spot its stumbles over the past two years: A clumsy execution of its services strategy, a pretty slow response to the upstart rival Apple iPhone and a lack of updates for its user interface are just some of the big ones.
